How we protect your child's letters

Written for parents. Short on purpose.

Who has an account

Only you. Your child never has an email, a password, a profile or a login. Kid mode is a page that works under your sign-in, and a PIN only you know is the way out.

What we collect about your child

Their first name, their age, the things you tell Santa about them, and the letters they write. Nothing else: no photo, no voice, no location, no last name, no school.

Who reads the letters

  • You, the moment a letter is sent, in your inbox and in the app.
  • Nobody else. Not us, not software, not a service. Your child's letters are never shared, sold, read by a model, or used to advertise. There are no ads and no trackers on this site.

Who writes to your child

Replies promise no gifts, ask for no personal details and never link anywhere. A reply is shown to you first and can be changed or replaced until it arrives. You can also write every reply yourself, free.

Keeping and deleting

You can read, download or delete everything, any time, from your account, or one letter or one child at a time. We remove letter text on January 31 unless you've already deleted it. Printed keepsakes are made by a print lab that receives only the picture you chose and your shipping address.

Consent

By ticking the box when you add your child, you tell us you are their parent or guardian and agree to this page. Questions or requests? Use the feedback form and we'll answer personally.
